Hi and welcome to our Help Center! :) Here are five tips which will help you for a great start: 1. Complete your profile informationEverybody likes to know who they are speaking to. By adding more information to your profile, you are more likely to receive better and quicker replies from other users. In order to complete your profile information, go to the "My Profile" page: A profile picture (you can add a picture of you or what you like) A Signature (a sentence which will be displayed at the bottom of all of your posts) The country and the city that you are from (Enter other items which you defined to be a profile field) 2. Don't be afraid to askSometimes new users are afraid to start their own question or discussion, but you should not be afraid to do that - there is no such thing as a stupid question. Company Investors Update: Q4 2019

Hey Team, It’s been an awesome, but intense, winter. Many things are tracking well, but there are some challenges we’re working through. TL;DR Revenue is up 22%  We’re scaling up important product initiative Apollo.  We finally closed Microsoft for a major partnership  Big time hire — we closed Joe Bloggs as our new VP All The Things Mrs Customer Success herself had a major life event — welcome to Baby Customer Success! Key Metrics: We continue to have a ton of momentum across every important metric. From Sep to Nov we grew revenue 5%+ Every Month. From Aug to Nov we grew 17%. We are also on pace for a really huge December. We’ve learned something big this quarter about our Pricing Model and by February we’ll be on a $2M run rate. Needless to say I’m cautiously pumped. We’ve basically 2x’d on revenue so far this year and I believe will have 2.5x’d by end of year. One big thing we are scaling up is our Super Cool New Widget. We now have 25+ Companies that have bought Our Supe

How to: report inappropriate content

This article will show you how to report inappropriate content to a Moderator. Should you come across a topic or a comment which you think needs to be reported, then please click on the three dots on the bottom right of a post, and click on "Flag": (insert screenshot of the button) Cases in which topics or comments should be reported: Spam Advertisement Soliciting Harassment Private information (Email address, phone number, etc.) Any other content which is in conflict with our Terms and Conditions (enter link) If you should be uncertain whether or not you should report a topic or a comment, then please report it anyways. How to: Unsubscribe from Topics and Categories

You've probably noticed that you receive an email-notification when someone replies in a topic which you have started / been active in. This is a tutorial to explain how to turn off these notifications. General settings for notifications You receive notifications of topics or categories which you have selected as Favorites. Topics you have started are set as Favorites by default, but you can change this in the settings (add link to settings page) on your Profile page: (insert screenshot of the settings page, highlight the disable option) Note: This will not unsubscribe you when you have subscribed to an entire category. Should you receive notifications for new topics in a specific category, then you will have to visit this category and click on "unsubscribe" in the top right corner in the category overview. How to: Start a new Topic

This article will show you how to start a new topic on our community. Note: Please use the search function on the main page first to see if your question is being discussed in an already existing topic. Finding the right place for your topic First, you will have to select the correct category your question is related to. How to: Attach Images and Videos to your Post

This article describes how you can add images and videos to your post. Upload imagesYou can upload images from your pc to your post by clicking on the small camera icon in the text editor: (add screenshot of the button) All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif) After a successful upload, you can either leave the image in the attachment, or you can choose to embed it into your post. To do so, simply enter it at the part of the post where you would like to have the image embedded. Embed videosAdding videos to your post can be done by clicking on the film roll button: (add screenshot of the button) You can add videos from Youtube, Vimeo and Dailymotion. How to: Edit your own post

If you made a mistake while writing your post, or if you simply want to add more information, then you can do this by following these steps: Please go to the post which you would like to change. Hover your mouse over the three dots on the right bottom corner, and click on "Edit": (add screenshot of the edit button) Note: When you are new to the community, the time in which you can edit a post is limited to 60 minutes. Users with a higher rank have no limit for editing their posts. Should there be private information in your post which you would like to see removed, please report the topic to a Moderator.
